Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational benefits, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our IT team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Tech Lead and Solutions Architect Manager (m/f) 80-100%.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the technical architecture of the IS, ensuring its coherence, scalability and sustainability
- Define governance and challenge technical directions with the architecture teams
- Contribute to the implementation of solutions and support teams in their technical choices
- Formalise and maintain architecture documentation as the single reference
- Drive the medium/long-term technological vision and the strategy for managing technical debt
- Establish and disseminate development standards (Clean Code, architecture, cloud-native patterns)
- Coach Tech Lead Developers and lead the "Developers' Committee"
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and skills development of the team
Your profile
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in technical architecture
- Strong expertise in designing and evolving complex, scalable and sustainable IS architectures
- Good knowledge of Clean Code, cloud-native patterns and Event-Driven Pattern
- Confirmed expertise in .NET and Angular technologies
- Experience in supporting Tech Leads and team management
- Ability to challenge technical directions and work with Product Owners and Business Owners
- Analytical mindset, autonomy and ability to make and document technical decisions
- Curiosity for technological watch and new practices
