Under the supervision of a Property Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Collaboration in all activities related to the technical management of the portfolio
• Relations with owners, tenants and craftsmen/state masters
• Preparation of requests for quotes, work orders and work statements, claims management
• Carrying out entry and exit inventories, preliminary reports and monitoring of works
• Collaboration in the technical monitoring of buildings and in the supervision of caretakers
• Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices
• Handling administrative tasks, also in rental, during workload peaks or absence of the team assistant
• Correspondence and miscellaneous tasks

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of building technology and tenancy law
• 2-3 years of experience in technical management or in a technical building-related profession
• Experience in an administrative position essential
• Proficiency in common office tools and the French language
• Administrative and organisational rigour
• Comfortable in interpersonal contacts
• Interest in administrative tasks as well as building technology
• Driving licence / private vehicle
