You will work in a global centre of expertise and primarily lead interdisciplinary development projects of energy-powered assembly tools, where you will have full responsibility as overall project manager. Your focus is to lead these projects interdisciplinarily and internationally and to bring them to success within the Oetiker Group. You are the key contact for the technical project managers and report to the Steering Committee.
- Overall responsibility for technical development projects from idea to series maturity
- Planning, leadership and coordination of international, cross-functional project teams
- Management of stakeholders as well as leading project meetings and workshops
- Ensuring project controlling, reporting and requirements management
- Identification and proactive management of project risks
- Technical education with further training at FH level or equivalent (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline)
- Several years of experience in leading technical development projects and product development
- Strong communication and team skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
- High technical understanding in mechanics and electrical engineering
- Committed, solution-oriented personality with a passion for innovation and project management
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2/C1)
- Experience in the automotive industry and a project management certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) are advantageous
