To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Collaboration and Team Development to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Development of strategies, standards and best practices for effective and cross-administrative collaboration
- Consulting and support of administrative units on issues of team and collaboration development
- Support in the introduction and sustainable use of digital collaboration solutions in close cooperation with the Office of Information Technology
- Design, implementation and moderation of training sessions, workshops, consultations and exchange formats on collaborative working methods
- Observation of technological and cultural developments and derivation of suitable fields of action for the administration
- Participation in organisational development, change and transformation projects within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden
What we expect from you
- Completed university degree or equivalent higher education in business administration, psychology, human resources, organisational development or a related field
- Experience in supporting cross-departmental projects and dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in the application and introduction of digital collaboration solutions as well as understanding of the interrelationships between working methods, organisation and technology
- Experience in supporting change processes as well as knowledge of team and group dynamics
- Analytical and structured way of working, strong communication and persuasion skills as well as high empathy for different perspectives
