We are looking for:

Assembly Manager Steel Construction, Metal Construction (100%)

We are a family- and owner-run SME and have been active in steel and plant construction for over 60 years. At our location in Böckten, over 30 employees guarantee the success of our company every day. We believe in quality, strength, team spirit and motivation.

Your tasks:

• Leading the assembly department
• Management and coordination of steel construction assemblies on construction sites
• Construction site preparation including assembly concepts and training
• Leadership and personnel disposition of assembly teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, costs and occupational safety
• Coordination and organisation of transport, lifting and aerial work equipment
• Contact person for clients, site managers, project managers, production managers and fitters
• Documentation and reporting of construction progress

Your profile:

• Completed EFZ apprenticeship as steel and/or metal worker
• AND/OR 5 years relevant professional experience with very good expertise
• Leadership experience and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
• Independent, determined working style
