Tasks

• Advising and selecting candidates
• Direct approach of suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and salary negotiations
• Advising corporate clients on the placement of suitable candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process up to hiring
• Acquisition of corporate clients
• Participation in personnel marketing
• Various administrative and organisational tasks

Profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with further education in sales or comparable qualification
• Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Strong communication skills
• High service orientation and organisational talent
• Excellent oral and written German skills and very good English skills
