Line Leader with Additional Role as Deputy Production Manager 100%

In this versatile role, you will take on additional responsibility as deputy production manager alongside leading a production line. You can expect a varied and multifaceted range of tasks in food manufacturing.

Your tasks:

• You will take charge of leading and controlling the ongoing production
• As support to the production manager, you will actively participate in the leadership and organisation of the production area
• You will be responsible for the daily production accounting in the SAP/ERP system
• Together with the production manager, you will ensure demand-oriented personnel planning and deployment coordination
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You will actively contribute your experience to improvement and optimisation projects and support their successful implementation
• In the absence of the production manager, you will deputise and ensure continuous leadership of the production area
• You are or will become a trained first aider and support the team

What distinguishes you:

• You have training in the food industry
• Ideally, you bring experience from a food production company
• You have leadership experience and enjoy working with employees
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP/ERP, ideally complemented by experience with MES, rounds off your profile
• Your technical flair and interest in production processes support you in your daily work
• Decisiveness, initiative, and organisational skills are among your strengths
• As an empathetic yet assertive personality, you can motivate employees and make clear decisions
• Your working style is characterised by a willingness to tackle and change things as well as a strong team orientation
