Main tasks

• You focus on actively acquiring new customers in the field – primarily through targeted cold calling.
• You personally take care of our existing customers and build long-term relationships.
• You are willing to travel within your sales area.
• You present and sell our solutions: Coffeebox, Fruitbox, and Snackbox.
• You advise your customers individually on the suitable coffee solution.
• You create offers, negotiate professionally, and successfully close contracts.
• You observe the market and competition to identify new opportunities.
• You reliably document your activities in the MS-Dynamics CRM system.

Education

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), as a retail specialist or a comparable qualification.

Profile

• You bring several years of experience in field sales or sales – ideally with a focus on cold calling.
• You are a true sales professional and have a proven track record of strong closures.
• You present convincingly, communicate clearly, and quickly gain the trust of your conversation partners.
• You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
