Production Allrounder (Plates) 100%
Your area of responsibilityYou have a main area in which you will be thoroughly trained and, in addition, will be flexibly deployed in other areas depending on need, order situation and operational priorities. This helps to cushion personnel bottlenecks and cover order peaks.
Tasks in the main area of plate production:
• Deburring implants according to applicable work instructions and quality specifications
• Operating systems as well as setting up smaller process systems for the production of implants according to specification documents
• Complete production documentation according to valid verification documents
• Visual and dimensional inspections of implants including documentation of results
• Operating and supporting peripheral devices within the value chain
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and maintenance of the systems and the work area
• Active participation in KVP and 6S measures
• Immediate reporting of product, process or quality deviations to the supervisor
Your qualifications
- Experience in a production environment, ideally in medical technology or quality environment
- Careful, precise working method and high quality awareness
- High flexibility and willingness to familiarise yourself with various areas of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Reliability as well as a good understanding of specifications and documentation obligations
- Flexibility in working hours (e.g. shift or deployment times depending on the area) is required
- Very good German spoken and written (B2), English advantageous
