Your tasks
Handling internal and external complaints including analysis, root cause investigation and structured report creation
Active complaint management with customers and suppliers, including returns processing, quality notifications and evaluation of corrective and improvement measures
Definition of quality priorities and sustainable development of product and supplier quality in close cooperation with internal departments and suppliers
Support and advice to production areas (e.g. laser technology, component assembly) on quality-related issues
Participation in internal quality circles and attendance at quality discussions with group leaders and suppliers
Conducting quality and product acceptance tests within the production process
What we are looking for
Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, electrical fitter, electronics technician, polymechanic or comparable qualification
Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in machine or plant engineering
Practical experience in quality management or corresponding further training
Confident handling of MS Office as well as SAP knowledge
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level)
Good English skills in spoken and written form (at least B1 level)
