About the job
You are responsible for administrative tasks (including appointment scheduling, reporting, and managing medical records) and are the primary contact person for internal and external referrers as well as patients, by phone or electronically. You welcome our patients and conduct a structured interview (e.g., recording medications) and examination (vital parameters). As part of additional examinations, you also provide short-term nursing care to patients if needed. You independently perform additional examinations (under supervision) (e.g., brain wave recordings, digital dizziness diagnostics, gait assessments with video, cognitive tests, etc.) and are responsible for compliance with quality standards. Instruction and information for patients are also part of your varied range of tasks.
The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary, or an equivalent title from the healthcare sector
- Experience in neurophysiological diagnostics is welcome
- Solid PC user skills
- Organizational talent
- Willingness to learn new things
