With our new bodyshop and paint shop, Hüsser & Palkoska AG is creating a modern workplace where quality, efficient processes, and contemporary technology are at the centre.

The new bodyshop and paint shop is built from the ground up with new infrastructure, modern workstations, high-quality tools, and short decision-making paths. Our goal is clear: we want to build a strong, future-oriented bodyshop and paint department where good craftsmanship and a good team belong together.

For this, we are looking for a panel beater with a Federal VET Diploma who is eager to be involved from the start, take responsibility, and help us further develop the new department together.

Tasks

What can you expect?

• Performing body and panel beating work on passenger cars
• Repair and restoration of accident and body damage
• Dismantling and assembling vehicle parts
• Panel beating, straightening, welding, gluing, and replacing body parts
• Preparing vehicles for the paint shop
• Assessing damage and assisting with damage recording
• Careful handling of tools, equipment, and materials
• Ensuring a clean, efficient, and high-quality working method
• Collaboration with paint shop, workshop, customer service, and detailing
• Assisting in building up our new bodyshop and paint department
• Contributing your experience in processes, workflows, and
• quality standards
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and quality at the workplace
• Practical thinking ahead and hands-on approach, especially during the setup phase

Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

• Completed training as a panel beater with Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in body and accident repair
• Enjoyment of clean, precise, and high-quality work
• Technical understanding and a good eye for detail
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Practical personality who remains calm even under heavy workload
• Team player mentality and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Openness, honesty, and reliability
• Willingness to actively participate in building a new department
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
