WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- Together with the deputy branch manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK branch.
- You will lead and coach your team to prepare the branch optimally for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
- You will analyse key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
- You will implement store concepts and routines
- You will recruit, onboard new colleagues and further develop the existing team

- You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
- You are an inspiring and communicative personality who creates a positive working atmosphere
