WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Together with the deputy branch manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK branch.
You will lead and coach your team to prepare the branch optimally for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
You will analyse key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
You will implement store concepts and routines
You will recruit, onboard new colleagues and further develop the existing team

You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
