Facility Services Manager 100%- Ensuring smooth and contract-compliant delivery of facility services including cost and budget responsibility within own portfolio
- Active stakeholder management, advising and supporting the client in all matters related to facility management and building technology
- Continuous assurance and enhancement of customer satisfaction through innovative and solution-oriented approaches
- Personnel and professional leadership, support and development of own team (approx. 15 employees) and close cooperation with colleagues in the region and central service units
- Quality assurance as well as independent handling of mandate-specific topics including contract and cost management
- Completed basic training in building technology (HVACSE)
- Further training in facility management, building technology or business administration advantageous (FH/HF)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as proven leadership experience
- Sound business management knowledge as well as experience in cost and budget management
- Strong customer and service orientation with a high quality standard
- High social competence and the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills as well as confident handling of IT systems
