To complement our team in the field of mental disabilities, we are looking for a committed personality as a Residential Companion 20%-30%
for deployment in the Oberaargau region Your area of work includes the following activities:
- Support for people with mental disabilities in the residential and leisure area, hourly in their own apartments
- Organization of work assignments in consultation with the clients
- Cooperation with internal and external specialist departments
- Specialized training in nursing HF/FH, social pedagogy HF/FH, social support, FABE or FAGE
- Experience in the field of psychiatry desired
- Willingness to continue professional development
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving license category B, as well as own car for trips in the region
- Hourly wage according to the guidelines of the Canton of Bern
- Mileage allowance 0.70 Fr./km
- Internal and external training opportunities
- Work in a future-oriented, social organization
