About the job
Tasks
- You operate and maintain ICT systems close to operational infrastructure (e.g., access control, alarm systems, multimedia, telephony)
- You are the central contact person for technical questions regarding communication, video, alarm, and access systems
- You participate in projects such as the modernization of our communication and access systems, software upgrades, and the introduction of new technologies
- You network systems and support smart hospital solutions
- You work closely with ICT, medical technology, and building technology
- You contribute to the on-call service and ensure technical support outside regular working hours
Profile
- Education in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH) or comparable qualification
- Experience as a system engineer, support specialist, or building IT specialist – or interest in working in this field
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for networks, virtualization, and building automation
- Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills, English and French are an advantage

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our IT infrastructure and communication systems run stably, securely, and reliably at all times – enabling optimal and smooth operations for all employees.
You contribute your technical knowledge, take responsibility for the further development of our infrastructure, and are a central contact person for operational infrastructure.
