Join our "Project Management for the Station Area" team for the Lausanne projects sector and contribute to essential work for the mobility of tomorrow. We are looking for a motivated intern with a keen sense of quality and great curiosity for projects. We look forward to your arrival to support the team with technical and administrative tasks in preparation for the start of a high-intensity execution phase planned for spring 2027. If you want to learn more about the Léman 2030 programme, please visit the following link: Léman2030 You have the opportunity to complete your university internship during (having already completed at least four semesters) or after your studies. Your workload is 80%, which affects the duration of your internship. The internship start dates can be flexibly chosen between 1 January and 1 March 2027, in agreement with your supervisors. You will receive a 2nd class general subscription. Additionally, you are entitled to five weeks of holiday per year, with the holiday duration adjusted pro rata to your commitment. For a 100% workload, your attractive monthly salary is CHF 2,800 during your Bachelor studies, CHF 3,800 with a Bachelor’s degree, and CHF 4,800 with a Master’s degree. What you can help move forward.
- During your internship, you will carry out various technical and administrative activities for the project team: task tracking, document coordination, data entry and verification, and communication with partners.
- You will participate in the implementation and improvement of processes necessary for the start of execution (quality assurance, operational procedures, monitoring of initial works).
- At key project phases, you will process and manage project data (formatting, organisation on SharePoint, management and coordination with BIM).
- You will create presentations, reports and ad hoc documentation for project reviews and internal exchanges.
- You will write and synthesise complex information clearly and structurally for teams and decision-makers.
What you bring.
- With excellent writing skills, you also demonstrate strong comprehension and synthesis abilities.
- You show precision and rigour in performing administrative and technical tasks.
- Driven by curiosity, you have an interest in major infrastructure projects and project management.
- You possess basic knowledge of document management tools (SharePoint) and are interested in BIM and data management.
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in civil engineering, architecture, project management or a similar field.
- You are proficient in French (minimum C1 level) and ideally have knowledge of a second national language (from level B1).
