Carpenter – Project Manager for Timber Construction Projects

Tasks

Responsible for timber construction projects from contract to acceptance
Continuously manage costs, deadlines and quality
Coordinate stakeholder groups internally and externally in a targeted manner
Handle additional claims commercially, technically and contractually
Support timber construction solutions according to standards, statics and building physics

Requirements

Basic training in the timber construction or carpentry sector ideally present
Further training as foreman, technician HF timber construction or timber construction engineer B.Sc. would be desirable
Several years of experience in timber construction or planning
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful
Cadwork completes your profile
