Our offer
With careful deployment planning, we try to meet individual wishes as far as possible.
Want to progress? We need and promote open and willing-to-learn employees. We are open to discussing future plans and wishes.
Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 days of holiday are not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (CLA) for the staff of Bern hospitals and clinics.
Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau largely work with seasonal, healthy and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can indulge themselves with a varied buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought food are also available.
We want to be a modern employer towards our employees, create a good interpersonal atmosphere so that our employees always feel in the thick of it and comfortable.
Employees can use various parking spaces depending on the location. Access and billing are done via Parkingpay card.
To promote our corporate culture, we give our employees a day off. Colleagues from different departments can participate in a ski, bike, motorbike, hiking, fun, Christmas market or culture day.
On the intranet, our employees find information/links to numerous attractive offers and benefit from reduced prices, e.g. at the indoor pool, cinema, car or when purchasing in regional pharmacies.
