Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a forward-looking, continuously growing non-profit organisation with around 120 employees and a respectful DU culture. With a public mandate, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for YOU immediately or by arrangement: a committed and competent leader.

Team Leader 80 - 100% (Certified Nurse HF/FH)

For our Spitex organisation, we are seeking a responsible and dedicated team leader who, with professional expertise, empathy, and organisational talent, supports and develops our employees in their daily care work.

What awaits you

• Professional, personnel, and organisational leadership of an interprofessional nursing team of about 15 employees
• Deployment planning and ensuring needs-based and high-quality care
• Support and coaching of employees in daily work
• Close collaboration with the Head of Core Services and external partners (doctors, relatives, etc.)
• Co-design and implementation of projects to further develop Spitex care
• You are close to the frontline and ready to take on nursing assignments

What you bring

• Qualification as a nurse (HF/FH)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience (preferably in Spitex and/or acute care)
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete one
• Good IT user skills as well as knowledge of Perigon and interRAI HC
• You hold a driving licence and preferably have your own car
