Your area of responsibility
- Together with your committed 3-person team, you design a versatile and exciting educational offering with over 100 courses and handle contracts for external further education
- You identify current trends in Learning & Development, integrate them strategically, and further expand our service offering – whether leadership development, talent management, or new learning formats: you tackle major topics while bringing order to daily processes
- You optimize processes, create structures, and actively shape the future of the Learning & Development area in our hospitals and clinics of the LUKS Group
- You actively take on administrative tasks, network with our lecturers and specialists, and are responsible for the education budget
- With your expertise in consulting and workshops, you support HR colleagues as well as leaders and share your knowledge in a practical manner
Your experience
- You have solid experience in personnel development as well as HR management and ideally hold a university degree in educational management, psychology, HR, or a related discipline
- With several years of leadership experience, you accompany your team empathetically, clearly, and competently. You create an inspiring environment that recognizes and strengthens potential
- You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and bring solid experience in change management. You see changes as an opportunity for further development. You network across departments and develop sustainable educational initiatives together with leaders, specialists, and HR partners
- With your hands-on mentality and open manner, you actively shape the further development of the Learning & Development area. You introduce new impulses, implement trends purposefully, and thus contribute to sustainably strengthening the learning culture at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital
