What you achieve

• You lead, supervise and train the seminar and cleaning team
• You are responsible for seminar support
• You take overall responsibility for all cleaning work indoors, on the grounds and in the dishwashing area
• You ensure efficient personnel deployment planning and are responsible for the seminar/cleaning department budget
• You ensure that operational processes function optimally and quality standards are maintained
• Collaboration with the external laundry as well as responsibility for the in-house laundry are part of your duties
• You support the team with daily tasks
• You also actively assist with special events

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Advantageous in hotel housekeeping or gastronomy
• Professional experience: Ideally several years of experience in a similar role
• You are relaxed, charming, assertive, enjoy working with people and gladly take on responsibility
• You know the best tips and tricks, have a high quality awareness and also know how to teach this to your team
• You are loyal and characterised by your reliable and efficient working style
• You bring leadership experience and lead your team appreciatively and goal-oriented
• German (B1)
