About the job
The following job advertisement is particularly aimed at YES alumni. We are looking for two co-coordinators to coordinate the Economic Olympiad from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement, who will shape and coordinate the programme in the long term.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the entire Economic Olympiad competition
- Co-organisation of participation in the International Economics Olympiad
- Planning and implementation of training sessions, workshops, exams and events
- Acquisition and support of pupils and teachers for the programme
- Maintaining contact and cooperation with partners
- Participation in the board of the Association of Science Olympiads or in the International Board of the International Economics Olympiad
- Building up and supporting the YES alumni
Your profile
- Completed secondary school leaving certificate, preferably started studies with a focus on economics
- Very good German and English skills
- Very good school reports and a strong interest in economic topics
- Mastery of the academic programme content and own participation in the Olympiad an advantage
- Experience or training in project management an advantage
- High degree of independence, initiative, resilience and flexibility
- Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as precise and reliable working methods
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
