Responsibilities:
- You support and control defined business areas during the closing and forecasting process and ensure correct value flows in the ERP
- You are responsible for monitoring, information support, and analyses on procurement-relevant topics with a strong focus on data insights
- You ensure and further develop the internal control system (ICS) in the supply chain in Switzerland
- You take the lead in expanding controlling systems for production and logistics
- You conduct the annual inventory at external warehouse locations and co-lead the annual inventory at the Global Logistics Center
- You are capable of handling the increasing complexity of the supply chain
- To stay up to date with all processes and expand your network, you work one day per week at our Global Logistic Center AAA
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, finance, or supply chain managementAt least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position would be advantageous. Young professionals who have just started their career in controlling and analytics are also welcomeSolid knowledge of financial accounting and experience with budgeting and forecastingStrong Excel skills and data analysis abilities (Power BI, SQL, etc.). Basic database knowledge (preferably MS SQL Server or Oracle SQL)Excellent English and good German skillsAnalytical and open-minded personality with a practical approach
