What you can look forward to:
- Actively shaping research-practice partnerships and coordinating scientific questions from nursing practice
- Acquiring, planning, conducting and leading research projects
- Transferring research findings into practice and promoting evidence-based developments in long-term care
- Publishing and presenting scientific results as well as building networks in practice and science (national and international)
- Providing professional support to students as well as practice and project teams and contributing to the further development of nursing quality
What distinguishes you:
- Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent university degree in health, social, educational sciences or psychology
- At least two years of professional experience
- Ideally experience in scientific research
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Solid statistical knowledge and user skills in RStudio, SPSS and MAXQDA
