What you can look forward to:

• Actively shaping research-practice partnerships and coordinating scientific questions from nursing practice
• Acquiring, planning, conducting and leading research projects
• Transferring research findings into practice and promoting evidence-based developments in long-term care
• Publishing and presenting scientific results as well as building networks in practice and science (national and international)
• Providing professional support to students as well as practice and project teams and contributing to the further development of nursing quality

What distinguishes you:

• Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent university degree in health, social, educational sciences or psychology
• At least two years of professional experience
• Ideally experience in scientific research
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Solid statistical knowledge and user skills in RStudio, SPSS and MAXQDA
