Back Office Service Employee (50% - 60%)

You are the organisational hub of our sales team and ensure that events, customer visits and training sessions are professionally planned and successfully implemented. With your eye for detail, you coordinate external partners, keep track of deadlines, bookings and payments, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Behind the scenes, you provide administrative support to our sales team, assist with orders and expenses, and thus contribute significantly to our shared success. In addition, you handle enquiries related to donations and sponsorships and liaise with non-profit organisations as well as customers. At the same time, you support and accompany our apprentices as they start their professional careers. Processing the post is also part of your varied range of tasks.

Skills:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in a comparable hub function
• Communicative, engaging personality with team spirit, initiative and organisational talent
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, as well as SAP S4Hana
