Become the driving force behind our tiling team. You bring solid expertise in the tiling trade and convince with your authentic, appreciative, and communicative manner. With pragmatic solutions, you win people over to your ideas and your craft. We are looking for exactly you to jointly further develop our specialist area and take it to the next level.
Tasks to be done
- Overall responsibility for the tile coverings specialist area with a team of currently four employees
- Personnel, professional, and administrative leadership of the department
- Active further development of the specialist area as well as co-design of strategic topics
- Responsibility for the entire project process: from acquisition and customer consulting through calculation and offer management to implementation and billing
- Ensuring budget, schedule, and quality goals
- Building, promoting, and further developing a motivated team
- Representing the company towards customers, partners, and internally
Your skills and strengths
- Ideally, you have a basic education as a certified tiler and preferably further training in the specialist area or in leadership, e.g.: tiling foreman, master tiler, technical business administrator, leadership specialist, or similar.
- Several years of experience in a leadership role or with corresponding responsibility
- Entrepreneurial, networked, and solution-oriented thinking
- Negotiation skills and confident appearance in dealing with customers
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Structured working method and overview even in demanding situations
