Dein Team:
Als Intern unterstützt du das MAIT Task Manager Team bei der operativen und administrativen Abwicklung von produktionsnahen Projekten. Dabei erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in projektbasierte Fertigungsprozesse und industrielle Abläufe.
Deine Mission:
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Implementierung des neuen ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Arbeitsplänen sowie bei der strukturierten Aufbereitung der zugehörigen Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit bei der Definition, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Präventivmassnahmen (CAPA) zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Produktqualität
- Unterstützung bei der termin-, kosten- und fortschrittsgerechten Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung laufender Projekte
- Mitarbeit bei der Erhebung, Auswertung und Analyse von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Unterstützung bei der Projektbereinigung, Abschlussdokumentation und formalen Übergabe zum Projektabschluss
Deine Geschichte:
- Immatrikuliert in BSc, MSc oder mit Studienabschluss, der höchstes ein Jahr zurückliegt in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Unternehmensprozesse, Produktionstechnik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an industriellen Produktionsprozessen und projektbasierter Fertigung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse / Englischkenntnisse auf kommunikativem Niveau (Unternehmenssprache)
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
