Professional 1st Level Support Vevey 80-100% (m/f/d)
What awaits you with us:
- You assist our customers by phone and email for all their requests and questions.
- You independently find solutions and present them to customers.
- If necessary, you will classify requests and follow up with our level 2 support team.
- You collect wishes/suggestions from our customers, actively seek their feedback, and pass it on to our product team.
- Regular participation in meetings, training, and coaching is important and allows you to stay up to date.
- Other tasks complement this activity, such as participating in continuous process optimization and various other projects.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed professional training, preferably in the commercial field, retail, call centers, etc.
- You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service/support or in a field with direct customer contact.
- You reside in Switzerland.
- French is your mother tongue. You have excellent command of English. Knowledge of Italian or German would be an asset.
- You are enthusiastic, motivated, service-oriented, open, and committed.
- You enjoy customer contact, whether by phone or in writing, and you take pleasure in meeting our customers' expectations.
