To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a

Head of Construction in an Industrial Environment (m/f/d) 100%

• Personnel and technical leadership of a small team for the areas of construction and building services engineering
• Management of construction projects or construction parts of overall projects in the areas of building construction, civil engineering, heating, and sanitation at our production site in Dottikon
• Organization, coordination, and control of internal and external specialist offices in the planning and implementation of investment projects around the Dottikon production site
• Preparation of concept studies, detailed sketches, and development of cost estimates
• Monitoring and coordination of schedules and processes, site supervision, cost control, quality inspection, and ensuring compliance with factory contracts
• Consulting production and technical departments in the maintenance of buildings and infrastructure facilities

• Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the complete professional and legally compliant handling of industrial construction projects with good knowledge of the relevant SIA regulations
• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
• Organizational talent, social competence, and assertiveness
• Team player, independent, committed, flexible, and reliable
• Good IT user skills in common MS Office programs; CAD knowledge is an advantage
