Would you like to take on responsibility and actively shape varied construction projects?

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and
experienced individual to competently support our projects in new construction, renovation, and shopfitting.

YOUR TASKS
• Responsibility for on-site construction management – from construction preparation to handover
• Leading site personnel and coordinating the work
• Monitoring the construction sites regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Close collaboration with clients, architects, and specialist planners

WHAT YOU BRING
• Completed training as a certified construction manager, certified technician HF, or equivalent
qualification
• Professional experience as a construction manager, site manager, or in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of project management as well as good IT skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
