This is what you will learn
Look forward to your 3-year apprenticeship, which you can complete with us. Interesting, challenging and exciting tasks await you in administration and the service sector. You will provide information to our members, employees and employers by phone and at the counter, handle correspondence and work with various operating systems, record data and process it. Variety is guaranteed: you will gain insight into the trade union as well as the office of the regional joint commissions in Bern.
This is what you bring
- Completed secondary school or intermediate school (10th school year advantageous)
- Good grades in German and mathematics
- Enjoyment of languages, numbers and working with a PC, planning tasks and working independently
- Cheerful, sociable, team-oriented and reliable personality
- Curious, eager to learn and open towards others
- Good knowledge of a migration language is a plus

Your training supervisor and the practical trainers from the various departments will support you on your way to a successful apprenticeship completion. As a trade union, we offer you progressive employment conditions with many benefits. You can pursue further training internally and externally. 7 weeks of holiday and a 40-hour week are guaranteed.
