Junior Customer Success Manager
Internship with option for subsequent permanent employment (100%)
Start: August 2026 or by arrangement
Duration: 12 months
Location: Zurich
Internship salary: 2,500.-

We are looking for Customer Success Managers (Project Leaders) who advise, accompany, and support our organisers at their events and actively contribute to the further development of the ticketing platform.
Your tasks
- Management, coordination, and execution of projects in collaboration with key contacts (organisers, sales, marketing, development)
- Single point of contact for organisers above a certain turnover threshold
- Support and advice for organisers and ticket buyers via email, telephone, and on-site
- Preparation of offers for existing customers
- Further development of the platform including testing of new functionalities (cockpit, shop, box office, custom programming)
- First-level on-site support: provision and delivery of hardware, operation of access control systems, as well as on-site support and training
- Creation and modification of events, ticket categories, promotion codes, seating plans, event evaluations, as well as cancellations and postponements
Our requirements
You…
- are a university graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and want to apply your acquired skills in practice, or alternatively have completed another relevant training
- have a strong IT affinity, are a digital native, and feel at home on the internet
- have good manners and a strong customer and service orientation
- are an initiative-taking, reliable, and independent personality who knows how to set priorities
- ideally hold a category B driving licence or are willing to obtain one by the start of the optional permanent employment
- are willing to work outside office hours occasionally (flexible working hours considering event execution)
