• You ensure safety in demanding operational environments through targeted presence and control rounds.
• You maintain order even in challenging and dynamic situations, adapting, being resilient, and responsible.
• You act de-escalating and situationally appropriate, even under stress or in conflict situations.
• You actively contribute to the implementation of internal operational guidelines as well as to compliance with house rules.
• You carefully document special incidents and communicate them to your superiors.
• You support the coordination and communication with internal departments, especially during shift handovers.
• You also conduct occasional control operations in special situations and respond flexibly to short-term changes in deployment.
• You work in a two-person team and take responsibility in sensitive operations.
• You act calmly, thoughtfully, and securely even with increased foot traffic and under challenging operational conditions.

What you bring:

• Minimum age of 20 years
• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification
• Impeccable character (debt-free and not previously convicted)
• Swiss / EU citizen
• Driving license category B
• Experience in the security sector is an advantage
• High physical fitness
• Basic knowledge of office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• You enjoy working in a team but also like to work independently
• High sense of duty and careful working style
• Willingness to work in dynamic and challenging operational environments
• Ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions in complex situations
• Communicative, good manners, confident appearance
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
• Willingness to work irregular hours (including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
• Technical learning ability to operate systems such as fire and alarm systems
