The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

The department "specialized medical long-term care" offers a total of 10 places, of which 5 places are available for ventilated residents. After the renovation, this nursing department will offer 25 nursing places.

For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as

Specialist Responsibility Nursing (m/f/d)

Department specialized medical long-term care, workload 80 – 100 %

With this you support us:

• Professional leadership of the employees in the nursing department in coordination with the management and the nursing specialist
• Ensuring professional, evidence-based nursing
• In cooperation with the nursing department managers, you reflect, review, and plan appropriate and sustainable implementation strategies for the professional development of the employees in the nursing department, such as consolidation of the nursing process, implementation of innovations, coaching of employees, etc.
• Advising, enabling, and supporting the nursing team in complex and challenging care situations
• Review of work instructions, participation in projects, and conducting knowledge transfers in the nursing departments
• Conducting regular case discussions in the nursing departments
• Knowledge in ventilation management
• Participation in the incontinence group
• Participation in direct nursing care

This is how you convince us:

• Training as a Bachelor of Science (FH) in Nursing with knowledge in long-term care and ventilation management
• Additional training as an expert in intensive care NDS HF or NDS HF emergency care is an advantage
• You have already gained experience in professional leadership and have used it sustainably for the benefit of nursing teams
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Enjoyment in implementing and accompanying change processes
• Empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality
• Strong social and self-competence with the ability to network effectively
• Professionalism and positive role model
