Chasa Montana is the heart of the ZEGG Hotels & Stores in Samnaun. We combine luxurious 5-star superior ambience with a warm, family atmosphere. For our sophisticated gastronomy, we are looking for dedicated individuals who passionately convey our philosophy of enjoyment and joie de vivre to our guests.

Your tasks

• You support our Chef de Rang in the professional care of a station in our gourmet restaurant as well as within the framework of our high-quality half-board.
• Together with your team, you ensure a smooth service process and delight our guests with attentive, warm and professional care.
• Together with our sommeliers, you advise our guests on the selection of wines from one of the best wine cellars in the Alps.
• You work closely with the kitchen and reception to offer our guests a thoroughly successful Chasa Montana experience.
• You take responsibility in your area of work and gradually develop into independently managing your own station.
• Your opinion matters to us. We maintain short decision-making paths and open communication within the team.

What you bring

• A completed training in hospitality or gastronomy is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a Commis de Rang or Demi Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
• You enjoy high-quality service, work reliably and value quality as well as a well-groomed appearance.
• You are enthusiastic about wine, culinary arts and the special details that make a first-class stay.
• You have good German and English skills and enjoy communicating with international guests.
• You are not looking for an anonymous workplace but a family environment where team spirit, mutual support and appreciation are lived.
