Your Role
Siegfried has a wide range of development and multipurpose production facilities for active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). In a 3-shift operation (Mon-Fri) or 4-shift operation, you will be responsible in the pilot plants of chemical development for
- the production of complex pharmaceutical intermediates and active ingredients
- development and scale-up (Scale up, Small Scale) in the pilot plants
- scaling up newly developed chemical processes in the mini-pilot (10 l - 30 l)
- independent operation of PLC/PMS and pneumatically controlled systems
- independent execution of multi-step syntheses according to operating instructions while adhering to cGMP and hygiene regulations
- operation of all ancillary facilities in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector
- documentation of all activities in a GMP-compliant and correct manner
- compliance with all safety-related requirements
- cleaning of the facilities
- execution of simple maintenance and revision work
Your Profile
- Qualification as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ, Chemical Operator, Dipl. Chemical Technologist
- Professional experience in operating (multipurpose) systems and control systems in chemical or pharmaceutical production
- Knowledge of the basic operations of chemical production (preparation, dosing, crystallization, filtration, distillation, and separation, etc.)
- Willingness to work shifts
- High safety and quality awareness as well as willingness to be flexible and to continue education in the workplace
- Reliable, precise, and clean working style
- Experience in a GMP-regulated work environment is an advantage
- Broad experience in operating PLC systems (Siemens S5 + S7)
- MS Office knowledge
- Fluent German skills
