About the job

Responsible Management: In case of absence, you take over the operational management of the entire store and are the central contact person.
Personnel Management: You lead, motivate, and plan the team in daily business.
Customer Expertise: First-class customer advice and service including confident handling of all processes at the cash register system.
Financial Accuracy: Precise cash register and safe accounting as well as professional management of the complaints system.
Goods and Warehouse Processes: Efficient inventory management, active ordering, and ensuring smooth goods flow (forklift certification is required for this).

Solid Know-how: A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist (EFZ) and professional experience
Customer Focus: You enjoy dealing with people and have a genuine passion for advising and selling.
Independence: You are a committed personality with pronounced initiative and excellent organizational talent, who remains flexible even in hectic times.
Logistics Advantage: Having forklift certification is a great advantage for this position.
