Specialist in Financial Accounting (80 – 100 %)

Main tasks

• Professional leadership as well as operational collaboration, coordination, and control of ongoing financial accounting
• Ensuring the proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank, and cash accounting
• Responsibility for reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, asset accounting, as well as evaluations, settlements, and reports
• Preparation of VAT returns and reclaiming withholding tax
• Participation in closing tasks, audits, and projects in finance and accounting
• Active involvement in the finalisation and optimisation of ERP processes in financial and asset accounting
• Training and professional support of employees and apprentices in financial accounting

Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, e.g. accounting clerk, or comparable practical experience
• Several years of practical experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting (confidence in closing according to the Code of Obligations is an advantage)
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of responsibility, coordination, and professional support of employees
• High ERP affinity, preferably with knowledge of Comarch ERP
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
