The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Schwerzenbach, which carries out educational and work integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.
On behalf of the Canton of Zurich, we run a motivation semester for young adults to integrate into vocational training (SEMO) at YouWork.
We are looking for a (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement:
Coach (80 - 100%)
Your tasks with the young people
- Psychosocial, application-related and labor market-oriented support for participants
- Preparing, conducting and evaluating solution-oriented individual coaching, support talks and application coaching around the concerns of the program participants and the referring agencies (mainly RAV)
- Assessment and career choice with the young people in individual and small group settings
- Preparing application documents
- Gradual introduction of participants to digital applications: LMS courses, online research, profile reflection with AI
- Use of our internal LMS with targeted courses on the topic of applications (e.g. CV, cover letter, interview, digital tools). The content is deepened, reflected and adapted to the personal situation in coaching.
- Support and assistance in the search for apprenticeships
- Documentation, reporting, case management, goal work according to concept
- Supervision of young people in the application workshop
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the team, with the referring agencies (RAV PB) and possibly other actors (e.g. IIZ, Netz2)
What you should bring
- Qualified training or further education in coaching by recognized providers/associations, or recognized (federal) qualifications such as SCA/BSO, company mentor with federal certificate, CAS Coaching
- At least three years of proven coaching experience with the target group
- Professional experience from a private sector activity
- Knowledge and experience with career assessments, career choice and application coaching
- Experience in supporting career finding/integration processes
- Knowledge of the Swiss education system, vocational training landscape, professional sectors and the labor market as well as basic knowledge of professions in the defined professional group/sector or willingness to acquire this
- Confident, error-free German
- Willingness to work with MS 365 (including Copilot), LMS and digital learning methods
- Strong ICT skills (Office 365)
- Humor, assertiveness, role model function
- Appreciative, respectful and solution-oriented attitude
