Your challenge

You will take responsibility for development projects in the field of medical compression textiles – from the initial idea to successful production handover. In doing so, you coordinate interdisciplinary teams, bring together market requirements and technical possibilities, and ensure that projects are implemented on time, with high quality, and in regulatory compliance.

What to expect

• Management of development and optimisation projects for medical compression products
• Translation of customer and market requirements into technical product specifications
• Planning, control, and coordination of all project activities
• Execution and support of verification and validation processes
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Collaboration with suppliers in the introduction of new materials
• Coordination of OQ and PQ activities
• Support of production handover up to successful series production
• Ensuring complete project documentation according to the development process

• A solid education in textile technology or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management – ideally in medical technology or the textile industry
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• An independent, solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Good MS Office skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
