Head of HR (80 – 100%)

CISTEC AG is a successful SME and is continuously looking for qualified and motivated employees. If you are interested in working for an innovative software and service company in the healthcare sector, get in touch with us. Due to succession planning, we are currently looking for a Head of HR.

Your tasks include

Leading and empowering the HR & Office team, including professional development
Strategic development of HR management and designing a modern people setup
Overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle – from recruiting to people development
Managing and implementing impactful HR projects with direct influence on company success
Being a sparring partner for management and executives on all HR and people strategy matters
Ensuring efficient, professional HR administration

Your profile

Higher business education or solid HR training
Several years of experience in HR, ideally in dynamic environments
Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and high quality standards
Interest in healthcare and desire to make an impact in a relevant environment
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
Confident with Microsoft Office and familiar with Abacus
Communicative, service-oriented, hands-on, and team player – you like to actively shape things
Distinctive people management: You lead with clarity, empathy, and genuine personal presence, creating an environment where people grow and enjoy delivering performance.
