Your tasks & what to expect:
As a Guest Service Agent, you are part of our check-in team and one of the first faces to greet hotel guests on their arrival with us.
How does a check-in work? Enter guest data, collect signatures, encode room card & done! Whether at the reception or at our check-in kiosks, you assist our guests and support them with all questions. Meanwhile, you conjure a welcome drink for them at our bar and see them off with a tip for a city excursion.
