About the job

For over 60 years, we have ensured that concrete, gravel, and building materials arrive at the right place at the right time. With around 25 vehicles and a well-coordinated team, we keep regional construction sites moving daily.

To strengthen our team in Lenzburg, we are looking for a committed individual as

Dispatcher for Concrete, Gravel and Construction Site Transport 100%

Your tasks:

Scheduling of concrete, gravel, crane and pump transports
Receiving and recording transport orders
First point of contact for customers, drivers, plants and authorities
Checking transport reports and working hours
Invoicing and administrative tasks
Handling of damage cases

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical basic training
Several years of professional experience in dispatching, ideally in the construction or transport sector
Strong technical understanding and interest in vehicles, machines and technical processes
Organisational talent and quick comprehension
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
Resilience and a cool head even in hectic situations
Independent, solution-oriented working style
German (Swiss German) as mother tongue
