PROGRAMME MANAGER MISSION SYSTEM

These are your tasks

• Responsibility for the successful execution of demanding customer projects and programmes
• Management of costs, schedules, quality as well as risks and changes
• Coordination and leadership of customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring contract-compliant delivery of all agreed services
• Monitoring of financial programme objectives and regular reporting to management
• Continuous optimisation of project and programme execution

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics or industrial engineering)
• Commercial background or corresponding further training advantageous
• Military background desirable, ideally in reconnaissance environment (RECCE)
• Several years of experience in project management
• Industry experience, preferably in the defence or automotive industry
• Fluent English skills in spoken and written form (level C1/C2)
• High personal responsibility and pronounced independence
• Willingness to travel about 20%
• Strong intercultural competence and cultural awareness with a communicative personality
