To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed personality for our headquarters in Rorschach. In this role, you will support accounts receivable accounting and have a significant influence on data quality in the customer management system as part of controlling. As an important interface, you will work closely with other departments of Würth Financial Services AG and liaise with insurance companies.

- Support in accounts receivable accounting, including related monthly and annual closing tasks
- Monitoring incoming payments and actively managing outstanding receivables
- Processing and coding bank documents as well as reconciling accounts with financial accounting
- Functioning as an interface to insurance companies for billing and outstanding payments
- Ensuring high data quality in the customer management system Alabus
- Preparation of billing and portfolio lists for employees and partners
- Creation of various reports, statistics, and analyses
- Participation in projects to optimize and automate financial processes
YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING
- Solid insurance expertise and a good understanding of industry-specific processes
- Ideally professional experience in controlling – alternatively in a role within the insurance industry with the goal of developing into controlling
- Strong analytical skills and a networked way of thinking
- Structured, precise, and independent working style with high personal responsibility
- Resilient, flexible personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills and a strong IT affinity
