Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as a Junior Project Manager Sanitary who wishes to specifically develop from building technology planning towards project management. You will handle diverse projects in building technology, develop smaller sanitary systems and increasingly take on responsibility within the project team. Your professional focus areas include sanitary planning, schematics, calculations, tenders and specialist site management. The position combines operational planning with a structured introduction to project control and project management.
Responsibilities:
Planning and development of sanitary systems for new build, conversion and renovation projects
Independent handling of smaller sanitary projects within an interdisciplinary project team
Creation of sanitary schematics, principle schematics and technical planning documents
Carrying out dimensioning and technical calculations for sanitary installations
Preparation and creation of tenders and tender documents
Supporting project managers with project control, scheduling and cost control
Participation in various SIA planning phases from design to realisation
Coordination of technical interfaces with architecture, specialist planning and other building technology trades
Supporting project management with specialist site management, execution control and quality assurance on site
Assuming the deputy role of project management during absences and gradually taking on own project responsibility
Working in a digital CAD/BIM planning environment as well as structured maintenance of project and planning documents
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as Building Technology Planner Sanitary EFZ
Professional experience in planning and designing sanitary systems
Knowledge of schematics, dimensioning, calculations and tenders
User knowledge of industry-standard CAD/BIM software
Basic knowledge of relevant SIA standards and SVGW guidelines
Interest in professional development and progression to Project Manager Sanitary
