Property Manager (20–40 %)

A flexible part-time position, ideal also for re-entering the profession.

N47 Wartburg AG in Pfäffikon SZ is a young, growing real estate company focusing on the personal and professional management of rental properties.

We are expanding our property management and are looking for a committed individual to support us in property management and accounting. The flexible part-time position is especially suitable for experienced professionals who want to return after a career break and apply their knowledge in a versatile environment.

Your tasks

• Independent care and administrative management of rental properties
• Management of property accounting including debtors, creditors and payment transactions
• Independent preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of owner statements and preparation of annual financial statements
• Monitoring of rent receipts and handling of dunning procedures
• Support of tenants and owners as well as coordination of craftsmen and service providers
• Maintenance and management of all relevant data and processes in GARAIO REM

Your profile

• Several years of practical experience in Swiss property management and property accounting
• Ideally, you already have experience with GARAIO REM. If you are not yet familiar with the software, you are open to quickly and independently familiarising yourself with it thanks to your quick comprehension skills.
• Experience in preparing ancillary cost and owner statements
• A structured, reliable and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a good understanding of the concerns of owners and tenants
• An uncomplicated, solution-oriented personality who likes to think along
