The direct sales in Root
Our direct sales team in Root consists of 12 experts, including experienced project managers, skilled estimators, dedicated sales professionals and installation experts. Our common goal? To always put customer satisfaction first and successfully realise their wishes. At the same time, we place great value on ensuring that enjoyment at work and team cohesion are not neglected.

Tasks you will face as a salesperson in the kitchen object business
- Sale of our kitchens to decision-makers such as builders, architects and general contractors
- Acquisition, processing and monitoring of kitchen projects
- Preparation of quotations
- Link between builders and our internal processing
- Participation in award meetings
- Active maintenance of the network and representative tasks such as participation in events
With these skills you are well equipped
- Completed training in a construction-related field
- Initiative, success-oriented sales personality
- Experience in selling similar products with corresponding proof of success
- Well-groomed, confident and winning appearance
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Enjoyment of the kitchen subject matter
