Your tasks:

• Dive deep and explore trends in the areas of digitalization, sales, transformation, merger, and integration.  

• Actively shape the financial industry and contribute your innovative ideas on business models, organization, agile structures, and process management.

• Create smart strategies for the digital future of banks or insurance companies together with your project team and prepare the results in a management-oriented manner.

• You are part of the entire process: from conception through planning to project implementation.

• You can also show your strengths outside of project work. Develop innovations together, write your own articles, or get involved in recruiting and university marketing. 

Your skills: 

• Successful business administration university degree (Master's or PhD) or comparable academic qualification. 

• Experience in consulting, the financial industry, or a Fin-Tech through internships. 

• You are committed to the team and bring a strong sense of responsibility.   

• You think strategically and are responsible in implementation. 

• You enjoy questioning the familiar.
